The wood chippers are 3 point hitch PTO chippers by tractor mounted, now we have model of BX42S,BX62S,BX62R,BX92R,and WC8, the capacity of the chips diameter from 4 inch to 9 inch. The speed can be 540RPM to 1000RPM.

(BXs Series Mechanical type Wood Chippers)

BXs Series wood chipper has a direct drive rotor with the hopper mounted at an angle to the rotor this controls the flow of branches, limbs and brush for continuous chipping at maximum capacity. The brush is dragged into the chipper by the blade pulling at it as it cuts , so you can be ready with the next piece, keeping your hands well away from the business end in the process. The feed chute folds up easily and securely, making it easy to travel with on narrow paths and to store in the shed.

(BXr Series Hydraulic type Wood Chipper)

BXr Series hydraulic wood chipper has a direct drive rotor with the hopper mounted at an angle to the rotor, another two pipeline connect to the tractor hydraulic station, the hydraulic flow feeding two hydraulic motors to drive the two teeth rollers input and output stop action to continuous chip the branches, limbs, so you just put the branches inside, other job works by chipper self. The feeding speed also can adjust by yourselves whatever you want. The feed chute folds up easily and securely, making it easy to travel with on narrow paths and to store in the shed.

1.Rotor

At the heart of the BXr Series Wood Chipper is an oversize heavy duty rotor and reversible chipping blades. The large diameter rotor has a faster tip speed for improved chipping action and the heavy gauge steel keeps your momentum to power through 6-9" diameter tree trunks.

2.Blades

The reversible blades are precision cut tool steel and hardened, keeping a sharp cutting edge and maximizing the performance of the chipper.

3.Air Vents

Blowing force is maximized with air intake vents on the side of the chipper. Air enters through the vents and powers the chips out the chute up to 20 feet.

4.Twig Breaker Blower Paddles

Behind the blades are blower paddles with integrated twig breakers designed for greater output force and smaller chips exiting the machine. This provides more consistent chip size and allows you to propel the chips further.

5.Adjustable Chute

Easily control where you want the chips with the double adjustable Exit Chute. The chute swivels 360 degrees and the top deflector adjusts the distance.

7.Hydraulic Feed Hopper

(WC8 Wood Chipper)

WC-8 wood chipper easily tear 8" limb, mulch a pile of leafs, and shred brush. This chipper work on any tractor from 60HP to 70HP with a 3 point hitch PTO. The wood chipper features a fully adjustable debris deflector on the exhaust chute that allows you to easily raise or lower the angle of the chip stream. Also have 360 degree rotary implements on exhaust pipe, so the exhaust pipe can be easy rotary 360 degree. This unit operates of a 540 RPM PTO shaft, which is included with the chipper, 4 action blades on the rotor to make the chips more better.
